Rosecrance Resilience Program
The Rosecrance Resilience Program serves individuals in high-risk, high-stress, and safety-sensitive professions who may experience grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression that can fuel substance use and other behavioral health challenges. The goal of the program is to build resilience and enable people to flourish in both life and careers that present daily triggers and challenges. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, Rosecrance supports individuals in overcoming obstacles, building coping skills, and finding sustainable recovery.
Specialized care for high-stress professions
This program serves first responders and emergency workers (police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics), frontline workers (construction workers, labor and trade union workers, healthcare professionals, education personnel), veterans, and others in high-risk professions. These populations often face unpredictable work demands, safety hazards, irregular schedules, and the impact of workplace stress on family life. These factors can make it difficult to separate from the stressors that contribute to behavioral health concerns or to fully engage in traditional outpatient care.
Originally developed for the first responder community, the Resilience Program has expanded to support frontline workers across many industries, including construction, healthcare, and education. The program addresses co-occurring disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use.
Comprehensive care continuum
The Resilience Program offers both residential and outpatient levels of care, along with peer support and sober living opportunities. Clients benefit from a cohesive continuum that may include medically managed detox/withdrawal management, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and individual therapy and family therapy. Our staff is trained to understand the cultural and environmental factors unique to these professions, ensuring care is relevant, respectful, and effective. Virtual screenings and appointments are available for those who prefer or need those options.
