Rosecrance Resilience Program

The Rosecrance Resilience Program provides specialized mental health and substance use support for people in demanding, high-pressure jobs, offering practical, real-world care that helps them manage stress, trauma, and substance use while staying safe and present in their work and home lives.

Why Specialized Care Matters

Some careers require you to stay composed under pressure, make difficult decisions, and support others through their hardest moments. Over time, those experiences can take a toll on your mental health and well-being.

The Rosecrance Resilience Program was built to support professionals whose work exposes them to chronic stress, trauma, and high-pressure environments. Our clinicians understand the unique cultures, responsibilities, and challenges of these professions and provide evidence-based care tailored to your experiences.
