Rosecrance expands into Indiana with Dyer/St. John Office

The new outpatient office will serve residents across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties, as well as south Chicago and the south suburbs.

Rosecrance has reached a significant milestone with the opening of Rosecrance Therapies | Dyer/St. John, marking the organization’s first location in Indiana and expanding its footprint to four states.

For more than 100 years, Rosecrance has provided behavioral health services to communities in need. Now, that legacy of care extends to northwest Indiana.

The new outpatient office, located at 14785 West 101st Ave. Suite 203 in Dyer, will serve residents across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties, as well as south Chicago and the south suburbs. By establishing a local presence, Rosecrance makes it easier for individuals to enter and navigate its full continuum of care.

The Dyer/St. John location offers a wide range of outpatient services for adults, adolescents, children, and families, including:

  • Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for substance use disorders
  • Individual and family therapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns
  • Rosecrance Resilience, a program tailored for frontline workers, including union tradespeople, first responders, veterans, and healthcare workers
  • Addiction medicine, including medication-assisted recovery

Dr. Dave Gomel, Rosecrance Chief Executive Officer, said the expansion reflects the organization’s deep commitment to strengthening community behavioral health by removing barriers and bringing care closer to home.

“Meeting people where they are isn’t just something we say at Rosecrance. It’s the driving force behind everything we do,” Gomel said. “Our mission is rooted in strengthening the behavioral health of the communities we serve. That means expanding access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring people can connect with trusted professionals close to home.”

With its first Indiana location now open, Rosecrance continues its mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care.
