Traci Kerzich, M.S.W., LCSW

Traci Kerzich directs the operations of the Rosecrance Resilience Program, which focuses on improving outcomes for individuals in high-risk, high-stress occupations. She is responsible for the development and oversight of the program’s offerings, which include residential and outpatient treatment for critical workers and their families. With over 20 years of extensive experience in behavioral health, she has treated a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and first responders. Kerzich earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan.
