Nichole Davidson, M.S.W., LCSW

Nichole Davidson, M.S.W., LCSW, serves as Residential Clinical Director for Rosecrance Therapies. Davidson believes all young people deserve support and the opportunity to improve their quality of life and well-being. Her approach focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths while developing coping strategies and techniques to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. Prior to her current role, Davidson served as Community-Based Services Supervisor, overseeing programs that support individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and connect clients with resources and services within their homes and communities. She previously served as Youth Community Support Team Leader, leading a team that provided therapeutic services to young people and their families. Davidson also has experience working with female adolescents in a juvenile detention center, providing case management services to adults with disabilities and mental health conditions, and serving as a school-based clinician in the Rockford community. Davidson earned her master’s degree in social work with a specialization in clinical mental health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She joined Rosecrance in 2021.
