Kenny Francoeur, LCSW, CADC (he/him) is a therapist at Rosecrance Lakeview who provides individual and group counseling at the outpatient and IOP/PHP levels of care. Francoeur works with young adults and adults, including men and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. He utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), to support clients in achieving meaningful and sustainable change. His clinical interests include treating mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, relationship and couples concerns, and grief. Francoeur is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, including the beginning or end of relationships, recovery from substance use, coping with loss, and finding renewed purpose following significant life or identity changes. He earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Music from New York University. Francoeur values the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing and finds fulfillment in building trust and meaningful connections with the clients he serves.
