Rachel Nicole Lee, M.D.

Dr. Rachel Nicole Lee joined Rosecrance in January 2025 as a CCBHC Addiction Medicine Physician at Rosecrance Central Illinois (RCI). She brings extensive experience in family medicine, addiction medicine, and acute care, along with a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered treatment. Lee earned her Doctor of Medicine from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed her Family Medicine residency at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn in Arizona. She is board certified in both family medicine and addiction medicine, reflecting her dedication to providing comprehensive care across a wide range of clinical settings. Lee is known for her collaborative, open-minded approach to care. She practices from a chronic disease model of addiction and prioritizes individualized treatment plans developed through shared decision-making. Her care philosophy emphasizes accessibility, approachability, and a team-based environment that values diverse perspectives. Outside of work, Lee enjoys hiking, home improvement projects, and spending time outdoors with her senior rescue dog, Mr. Murtz.
