Karina Pedroza, B.A.

Karina Pedroza is Director of Development supporting Rosecrance Jackson Centers and the Iowa region. She works alongside the Iowa Regional Board to help make our services more accessible to those who need them. She also leads the President’s Leadership Council and supports the Women’s Auxiliary Group—two amazing teams of community leaders who help expand impact through connection, advocacy, and giving. Karina Pedroza has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is working towards her Master of Arts degree in management with an emphasis on leadership.
