Rosecrance Behavioral Health is proud to celebrate the 77,336 individuals who have been empowered to find lasting recovery with Rosecrance during the 2025 fiscal year.
This significant milestone is more than a number. It represents individuals and families that were transformed through Rosecrance’s diverse range of behavioral health services, which continue to grow.
Substance use disorders are a serious concern affecting millions of Americans aged 12 and older, yet only 1 in 5 who need treatment actually receive it. Additionally, those who have sought professional mental health services frequently encounter barriers to access, including challenges in locating a provider who can accommodate their specific treatment needs or discovering that a provider is no longer accepting new patients.
Rosecrance met the needs of individuals struggling with behavioral health issues by strengthening its robust continuum of care, lowering barriers to treatment, and establishing outpatient clinics in more communities, giving individuals and communities access to quality behavioral health services that help them thrive.
To better meet the needs of the communities it serves and to address gaps in available treatment options, Rosecrance recently announced the asset acquisition of Ascend CHC. Ascend is recognized for its expertise in treating eating disorders and providing sports and performance counseling. This acquisition expands Rosecrance’s treatment offerings by integrating Ascend’s specialized support services, enabling more personalized care and improved outcomes for individuals.
“This exciting chapter in our organization’s journey underscores our commitment to addressing the complex challenges so many individuals encounter today,” said Dave Gomel, Ph.D., CEO of Rosecrance Behavioral Health. “As we navigate the evolving landscape of behavioral health, we continue to follow the mission of delivering innovative, evidence- and outcomes-based, compassionate care.
