Early earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with minors in criminal justice and sociology, from Elmhurst College. She completed her master’s in counseling psychology with concentrations in addictions and children and adolescents at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also serves as a Staff Ambassador on the Rosecrance Alumni team. Outside of work, Early enjoys the arts—especially theater, painting, and music—serving as a Youth Leader at her church, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
