Rosecrance Therapies offers Advanced Neurotherapies for people who may benefit from specialized treatment options. Our advanced treatment options include transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine).
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
TMS is a noninvasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate targeted areas of the brain. At Rosecrance Therapies, TMS is used for people with major depressive disorder (MDD), anxious depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and smoking cessation who have experienced little to no improvement with medication.
Treatment does not require anesthesia. Patients remain awake and alert during their sessions and can resume normal daily activities afterward.
Spravato (esketamine)
Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults experiencing difficult-to-treat depression, also known as treatment-resistant depression, and major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions. It may be an option for people who have tried medications without significant improvement.
Spravato is self-administered under the supervision of a behavioral health provider at a certified treatment center. Patients are monitored after receiving treatment, and Rosecrance Therapies provides support throughout the treatment process.
