Abigail Rosa, M.S., LCAC (she/her) is an addiction therapist at Rosecrance Therapies, providing care at the Dyer/St. John, Indiana location. She joined Rosecrance in March 2026 and is passionate about supporting adults on their path to recovery. Rosa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Drug and Alcohol Counseling. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support individuals experiencing addiction, depression, and anxiety. Throughout her career, Rosa has worked with a wide range of populations, including healthcare professionals, incarcerated individuals, trade workers, and individuals in community mental health settings. These diverse experiences have shaped her flexible, client-centered approach and strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are in their recovery journey. Rosa has a strong clinical focus on addiction treatment and is dedicated to guiding individuals through the challenges of recovery with compassion and evidence-based care. She values being part of a collaborative, professional environment that prioritizes continuous learning and high-quality treatment. In addition to her clinical work, Rosa contributed to the field through writing, authoring an article titled “Substance Use: The ‘Other’ Problem” for a nursing magazine in 2021.
