Rosecrance Jackson Centers OWI/DUI Classes
These classes are for anyone with an impaired driving offense and are required by the Iowa Department of Transportation.
Class Information
We teach the Prime for Life® Curriculum, it is a 12-hour course. Prime For Life® is an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pretreatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices. This includes but is not limited to impaired driving offenders, college students, and young people charged with alcohol and/or drug offenses. It is designed to change drinking and drug use behaviors by changing beliefs, attitudes, risk perceptions, motivations, and the knowledge of how to reduce their risk of alcohol- and drug-related problems throughout their lives.
Classes are held over two days, most commonly: Fridays from 5–9 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The cost for the class is $180. It must be paid in advance; we do not accept personal checks.
