Sheila Marcial, M.S., QMHP

Sheila Marcial leads the Pathways to Success and Family Support programs that provide wraparound case management for people younger than 21 with complex behavioral health needs in northern Illinois. The Family Support Program is for children younger than 18 and offers community-based and residential services to meet their needs. With over 20 years of experience in case management and supervision, she has worked with youth and adults with developmental disabilities in programs such as home-based and independent living support and a day training center. She has also provided career-planning services for unemployed and underemployed adults. She earned a Bachelor of Science in child development and a Master of Science in mental health and wellness from Northern Illinois University.
