Lia Donato, CADA

Lia Donato is the Team Lead for the Greendale Recovery Home in Rockford, Illinois. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. She also plays a vital role in fostering a healthy sense of community and social network among the residents. Donato holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication and a minor in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has been serving in various roles since joining Rosecrance in 2016.
