Rosecrance invites you to “Student Athletes as Substance Abusers,” a conference being held Friday, Nov. 9, at the Northern Illinois University satellite campus, 1120 East Diehl Road in Naperville.
The conference will feature certified Mental Game Coach Marc Anderson and Naperville Central High School coach Mike Stine. They will speak to the cultures of an athletes’ life and how the school and community can assist in positive outcomes, including strategies to prevent substance abuse.
Registration and networking are at 8 a.m., and the conference runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Admission is free, but seating is limited. To register for “Student Athletes as Substance Abusers,” click here.
