Kristin Hamblock of Rosecrance named a Workforce Game Changer

Kristin Hamblock was recognized for the well-regarded honor of a 2017 Workforce Game Changers Award by Workforce magazine. Now in its seventh year, the international award program selects the top human resources practitioners and strategists under the age of 40 dedicated to pushing the profession forward with innovative people-management practices.

As Benefits & Payroll Manager at Rosecrance Health Network, Kristin has led several initiatives for Rosecrance to adopt the HR practices of larger behavioral health organizations. Her leadership of an inclusive approach to benefit education has led Rosecrance to impressive results for wellness activities and discounted premiums. Rosecrance has achieved a silver-level Illinois Healthy Worksite Designation and has been recognized by Interactive Health as one of the Healthiest Companies in America for several years.

“We are very grateful that Kristin’s leadership has been recognized in this manner,” said Phil Eaton, President/CEO of Rosecrance Health Network. “She strives for a healthier, stronger workforce, which allows us to provide the best possible care for our clients.”

Each year, Game Changers have demonstrated excellence in devising and executing innovative HR strategies to help their companies or clients improve their workforces. “Workforce recognizes Kristin Hamblock for the 2017 Game Changers Awards. Kristin is one of an amazing group of young, up-and-coming HR professionals who take on HR initiatives that advance workforce management practices for their organization as well as their profession,” said Rick Bell, Workforce magazine’s editorial director.
