The Kinley Charity Care Fund

This fund was established in 1984 to honor the legacy of Verna Kinley, a long-time board member who was committed to ensuring kids at risk have access to treatment. The Kinley Fund provides assistance to youth, adults and families who seek treatment for substance use but are experiencing financial hardship. Support is also provided to meet special needs for our neediest mental health clients. Since its inception, more than $6 million has been fundraised to provide life-changing and life-saving services. Memorials & Honorariums

When the time comes to honor and remember people in your life, let Rosecrance be your “favorite charity.” Memorial gifts are important to Rosecrance because they support substance use and mental health treatment and also pay tribute to a loved one. A gift given “in honor of” someone is also a way to recognize special people in your life on their birthdays, holidays, anniversaries or other special occasions.

Gifts made in honor or in memory of someone will touch the lives of individuals who struggle with substance use and mental health disorders and help offer them the best opportunity for lasting recovery.

Rosecrance Foundation Endowment Fund

The endowment fund is comprised of individual gifts that are permanently set aside and collectively invested by a professional investment advisor. A portion of the interest from the fund is used each year to generate philanthropic resources to meet important needs while the principle remains intact. The Rosecrance Endowment Fund includes restricted funds to support substance use programs, mental health programs and the Marlowe Recovery Home. An endowment committee determines investment policy which is approved by the board.

Outright gifts may be made to support the endowment or some people may choose to include The Rosecrance Foundation in their wills or trusts.

Other giving opportunities

Non-designated gifts may always be made to meet our greatest needs. Those needs may be to seed or expand programs and services or meet capital needs. Please contact the Rosecrance Foundation if you would like specific information about giving opportunities.
