We understand you have questions and need answers. Having a specific contact person whom you can work with is important in building a relationship. Our Community Relations Team is here to assist you with information about our programs and services, scheduling an assessment, contacting other resources, and navigating your client’s progress.
Our Community Relations Team consists of individuals skilled in:
- Communicating with families in crisis
- Finding referral sources within your community
- Gathering information that may assist you in better serving your client
- Providing training/education in topics of interest
- Conducting family education workshops

Janis Waddell, M.S., CSADC
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Janis Waddell oversees all local, regional and national marketing efforts of the organization including working with private and public sector referral sources. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the addictions field, including 10 years of providing direct clinical services to adolescents. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Western Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Education from Northern Illinois University. Her areas of expertise include behavioral healthcare marketing, insurance managed care contracting, adolescent and adult substance abuse treatment, and current trends. Kelly Dinsmore, B.A.
Director of Business Development
Kelly Dinsmore is responsible for the development of new business relationships, joint ventures and outreach in Boone County and Wisconsin. Before returning in 2008, Kelly was with Rosecrance from 2002 to 2005. She began her career at Roscrance in as a Community Relations Representative. Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Eastern Illinois University and is a Illinois state certified teacher in secondary education. She is a newly appointed board member of the Wisconsin Association on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Rockford Health Council and Greater Wisconsin Employee Assistance Chapter. Mary Egan, M.A.
Community Relations Coordinator
Mary Egan worked for nearly 17 years as the Student Assistance Program Coordinator for a Chicago area high school. Her experiences include facilitating the intervention and student support teams, developing a mandatory smoking education program, training and supervising peer mediation, Students Against Destructive Decisions and student helper groups. In addition, Mary provided training and education for students, staff, and parents on substance abuse and related issues. Prior to this position she served as Prevention Specialist for Cook County Sheriff’s Youth Services. She holds a Master’s of Arts degree in Counseling from University of Illinois at Springfield and two Bachelor’s degrees in Alcohol Education and Psychology. Mary joined Rosecrance in 2008. Claudia Evenson, CSADC
Community Relations Coordinator
Claudia Evenson coordinates various community activities such as educational programming in schools and early intervention classes. Evenson holds a certificate in Addiction Studies from Felician College and is a Certified Supervisor Alcohol Drug Counselor. She currently serves as a delegate to the Illinois Student Assistance Professional Board, as well as sits on the Community Network Regarding LGBTQ Youth for DuPage County, Illinois. Evenson has worked in the addictions field for more than 27 years and joined Rosecrance in 2004. Email Claudia Evenson
Melissa Godfrey, B.A.
Community Relations Coordinator
Melissa “Missy” Godfrey brings her energy, enthusiasm and approachability to the role of Community Relations Coordinator. For three years, Missy worked as Prevention Coordinator for the YMCA Network for Counseling and Youth Development in Alsip, IL. Her experiences include conducting life skills programming, coordinating family events, facilitating early intervention groups and working with teen court programs. Missy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology. She is the former President of the Southwest Coalition for Substance Abuse Issues and is the primary instructor for the Prevention and Early Intervention Program offered at the Rosecrance satellite offices in the Chicago suburbs. Lisa Primm, M.S., LPC, CADC
Community Relations Coordinator
Lisa Primm is primarily responsible for relationship building and business development in Rockford and the northwestern counties of Illinois. She first joined Rosecrance in 1994 as a Unit Counselor at Rosecrance on Alpine. Lisa joined the marketing team the following year. She also has nine years experience at another treatment center She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Northern Illinois University and is certified as a Licensed Practical Counselor and as an addictions counselor. Christopher Yadron, B.A., M.Div., M.A., LCPC, CADC
Outreach Manager
Christopher Yadron is the Outreach Manager. Yadron works primarily out of the Lincoln Park office while overseeing operations at all six satellite locations in Chicago. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Illinois. Formerly the primary clinician for a hospital intensive outpatient program, Yadron works with a variety of addiction issues and also provides support to individuals and families coping with severe mental illness. Yadron also has an interest in dream analysis and the relationship between religion and psychology. Email Christopher Yadron
Paige Greytok, LMFT, LCPC, CADC
Clinical Outreach Coordinator, East Coast
Paige Greytok is responsible for outreach efforts on the East coast. Paige earned her Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Her areas of focus include addictions, relationships, eating disorders, ADHD, PTSD, GLBT and depression and anxiety issues. In the past nine years, Paige has had a private practice and worked as a clinical/psychotherapist. Email Paige Greytok
