For Adults

Intensive outpatient services are provided for patients who have successfully completed inpatient treatment or who need a less intensive level of treatment for their addiction. Programs vary from expanded intensive outpatient to intensive outpatient to continuing care. Moving from the most intensive to least intensive outpatient programs provide you with the ongoing treatment education and support that you need to establish a strong recovery foundation. Individualized treatment through ongoing assessment, group and individual counseling, educational sessions, special topics groups and relapse prevention planning are available in these settings. Both day and evening sessions are offered. Outpatient services are provided throughout our Chicagoland offices and Rockford offices.

For Teens

Individual, group and family counseling are provided for teens with moderate to serious impairment due to chemical use. The level of outpatient care recommended is determined by the patient’s needs.

The Intensive Outpatient program focuses on recovery skills while you stay in your home environment. Topics of lectures and groups include coping skills to prevent use, relapse prevention planning, the disease of addiction and its impact on an individual and their family, recovery management skills, anger management, using sober support, thinking errors and the effect of drugs on your body.

Clients in the Intensive Outpatient program are required to submit a drug screen each week. Outpatient services are provided throughout our Chicagoland offices and Rockford offices.
