Rosecrance hosts its third annual Rosecrance Florian Symposium

In partnership with several North Carolina organizations, Rosecrance will host its third annual Rosecrance Florian Symposium on Monday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 16, at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The Symposium is a two-day training for first responders, military personnel, veterans, clinicians, employee assistance providers, and chaplains that provides education, insight and resources on topics of addiction, recovery, trauma and suicide, peer support and more. The theme of the symposium is We all Need Help Sometimes: Support and Solutions for Emotional Wellness and Recovery.

Attendees will hear from nationally known speakers, including Director of the Rosecrance Florian Program, Dan DeGryse, and Editor in Chief of Fire Engineering magazine, Bobby Halton, who will present the keynote presentation. CEUs/PDHs will be available for EAPs, counselors, nurses, social workers, and marriage and family therapists.
