Monarch Hillman House and Monarch Sullivan House are recovery homes for adolescent females 15-19 years of age.

These beautifully restored turn-of-the-century homes are both located in Rockford, Illinois. Residents must have successfully completed a treatment program to qualify for admission. These long-term programs (6-24 months) are designed to provide structure, ongoing support and safety, independent living skills and counseling in a drug-free environment. Twelve young women reside in each home. The homes are staffed 24 hours per day.

Adult Women with Children

HomeBase Recovery Home is a ten-unit apartment complex for mothers who have completed a primary treatment program and their children and for single women. It is located in Rockford, Illinois, within walking distance of our adult treatment center, Rosecrance Harrison Campus. Programming focuses on the development of essential skills necessary to live independently and to maintain sobriety. Residents participate in weekly individual and group sessions. The program is highly structured with on site staff. The length of stay averages 6-12 months.
