"The Most Common Parent Trap" Workshop
The Most Common Parent Trap: What can I do if my teen has started using drugs?
What’s “normal” adolescent behavior? Is this a phase my child is going through?
This workshop is offered in various communities for parents of teens who are experimenting or in a pattern of use with alcohol and drugs. This informative workshop will address three questions/topics:
1. Am I overreacting about my teen’s substance use?
-Examine information about teens and drugs
2. “But Mom, I’m fine!”
-Avoid traps to which parents are susceptible
3. What should I do next?
-Put your teen on the right path
Attend this workshop to receive valuable information on how to help recapture the relationship your family had before drugs and alcohol entered your child’s life.
Seating is limited to 50 participants.
