An on-call clinician is available 24/7/365 for urgent matters. For adult services, please call Ware Center at (815) 391-1000. For child and adolescent services, please call Berry Campus at (815) 391-1000.

For adult services, please call Ware Center at (815) 391-1000 to schedule an appointment. Adults may also come to Ware Center at 526 W. State St., Rockford, IL, and will be seen as soon as a clinician is available.

Ware Center hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Rosecrance Belvidere Clinic hours:
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For child and adolescent services, please call Berry Campus at (815) 391-1000 and schedule an appointment. Berry Campus does not offer walk-in services for children and adolescents.

Berry Campus hours:
Monday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Rosecrance Ware Center and Rosecrance Berry Campus accept most major insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Check with your plan administrator or insurance carrier to see if your plan covers our agency’s services.
We provide mental health services and education for adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses, as well as diagnosis and treatment of mood or thought disorders in children and adolescents, such as ADHD, Depression, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, etc.

We employ more than 200 professionals at our facilities including board-certified psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, nurses, case workers and residential specialists.
Rosecrance Ware Center complies fully with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) as well as State of Illinois confidentiality laws.
We currently offer a sliding fee scale for services not covered by insurance or other benefits.
We do not treat developmental disabilities, autism or Asperger’s syndrome if they are the primary diagnosis.
