Our IT department at Rosecrance makes sure all of our technology, systems and software are working efficiently for the needs of the organization. The Software Support team is at our corporate office, our Network team is located at the Harrison Campus and our RCU team is in Champaign/ Urbana. With a network of 700+ computers being used across the organization, 700 daily users in our electronic health record systems, and 350 help desk requests being solved each month on average, these 13 employees work hard to make sure Rosecrance has efficient systems in so that we can offer our clients the best opportunity for lasting recovery. The IT department’s goal is to make it seem that they’re invisible ~ the rest of our employees should hardly need them!
