An in depth look at human trafficking with topics including labor trafficking, sex trafficking, risk factors, treatment considerations and a closer look at buyers, traffickers, special populations including but not limited to male, LGBTQ and foreign nationals.
Kelly Saul, Outreach Advocate for Braking Traffik (a program of Family Resources Inc.)
Kelly joined the Braking Traffik team in July of 2016. Prior to joining Braking Traffik Kelly worked for seven years in Wisconsin as a home consultant with Winnebago County Department of Human Services in the child welfare division. During this time Kelly became interested in serving survivors of human trafficking. Kelly also served as a crisis intervention counselor and an advocate for children from homes with domestic violence while living in Pennsylvania. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree in Human Services.
Human Trafficking Statewide Coordinator at Iowa Attorney General’s Office
Celine has conducted extensive research on the topic of human trafficking and developed training materials for the National Human Trafficking Resource Center. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Policy Analysis and Management and her Master’s degree in Public Policy.
